Hailey D’Lynn — introduced on the show as the most decorated partner stunter of all time — is a pro cheer athlete with Miami Metal in the Pro Cheer League, a coach, and the founder of Alpha Mentorship, where she works with athletes on mindset, confidence and skill development. On Episode 36 she talks about fear, mental blocks, injuries, visualization, how parents can support a scared athlete, and her personal hope that cheer athletes will one day be able to live off their hard work — including her perspective on an Olympic future for the sport.
